I still need to get pictures from my last post.  Here's a picture form my latest for sure discovery. If you know people that judge you and don't like you for Stupid reasons!!! And I do... One particular woman that picks her daughter up from school, glares at me as well as rude as hell. Dress like a hot mama and smile and just be happy. Be kind as well. You never know what she has gone through. Although I know why she hates me I still try to be king( holding the door for her) even though she has no appreciation for it! Smile and say hi. Being Happy just make one self more happy and those who want to see you fall well maybe they will realize they want to be happy as well.

Tonight I wanted to start something different. Well we are slightly broke :(. Yea... So i decided I want to do 50 days of home made ornaments for fun!!!! Since we are so broke I will be selling some of the ornaments hoping someone will see them, love them and email me and buy a set!!! So starting tomorrow I will creat my ornaments any way i possibly can and share how I did so :).... Wish me luck because realistically this should be 100 days of ornaments!!!! Next year and that i promise!

Date night dinner recipe that he will LOVE!

It is date night once again tonight with my husband!
I want to make something from scratch! Something he will love that is really good. So far I have come up with something amazing! From reading and mixing recipes as well as my own cooking savvy style!  I know I am going to love this forever so here we go!

Three Chicken Breast Cut Cubed with poultry scissors. Five table Spoons Garlic Salt.2 table spoons Roasted Garlic and Herb Seasoning!
1/4 cup butter. Two table Spoons of thyme.
1. Cube chicken into bite size pieces. This allows the chicken to absorb the spice and saute!
2. Add chick and Butter in Sauce pan on a medium heat till cooked on the outside.
3. Turn up heat gradually add Thyme and Garlic Salt.

Peanut Butter Sauce.
3 cups of water to a boil.
2 Table spoons of all spice.
4 Table spoons of Ginger powder.
2 Table spoons of Lemon Pepper.
2 cups of peanut butter.
1 1/4 cups of Brown sugar.
6 Table spoons of ground red pepper.
1 table spoon of thyme.
2 Table spoons Minced Garlic!!!
Bring water to a boil add ingredients in order Listed.
Stir continually till  it turns to a thick sauce with a spicy kick.
Add Chicken and Sauce to your Favorite Pasta! Sauce makes about 8 servings. Chicken Makes six!
We always like more peanut butter sauce!
Serve with love and a favorite side!

  1. Will Post Picture SOON!
